Yes, you can assign a quiz to any combination of students you need to, as long as they're in the same year.

To assign a quiz to some of the students in one class, but not all of them, follow these steps on the "Choose Class" page:

  1. Select the year.

  2. Select the class.

  3. All of the students in the class start out selected. Deselect all students by unticking the "ALL STUDENTS" box.

  4. Click the names of the students you would like to assign the quiz to. If you need to deselect a student, just click their name again.

In the example below, the quiz will be assigned to only Charles Darwin and Ada Lovelace:

To assign a quiz to a mixture of students from different classes, follow these steps on the "Choose Class" page:

  1. Click the year.

  2. Select all of the classes you need.

  3. All the students in these classes will start out selected. Untick the "ALL STUDENTS" box to deselect all students at once.

  4. Select the students you would like to assign the quiz to by clicking them. If you need to deselect a student, just click their name again.

In the example below, the quiz will be assigned to one student from class 9A and two students from class 9B.
