Yes, Educake offers several options for analysing your students' activity and progress. This article will show you how to use four tools (read about how one school uses them here):

  • progress reports for individual students

  • tracking progress within a class

  • comparing students' use of Educake

  • comparing classes' and years' use of Educake

Progress reports for individual students

In Educake you can generate an individual report for any student who has completed more than 50 questions.

You can add comments to student reports, and save them as PDFs as well. Here's what a student report looks like:

There's more information in our Help Centre on individual student reports here.

Tracking progress within a class

You can also use Educake to track an entire class' performance in across topics. Do this from Track Progress in any course on your My Educake page. Here's what you'll see:

You can download these results as a spreadsheet, and you can access individual student reports by clicking on the magnifying glasses next to a student's.

You can find more information from our Help Centre on Track Progress here.

Comparing students' use of Educake

The Student League Tables are a quick way to rank students by number of questions answered, percent correct or number of questions students have set themselves. Here's what the student league table looks like:

You can filter this by year or by date, and you can download the data as a spreadsheet.

Comparing classes' and years' use of Educake

With the Compare Classes and Years tool, you can see the number of questions correct and attempted for each year at your school. You can also expand each year to see how individual classes are performing. Here's what Compare Classes and Years looks like:

There's more information from our Help Centre on this tool here.
