Can I add links to quizzes?

How to add website links to your quizzes to help your students complete their homework (e.g. BBC Bitesize)

Yes, when you create a quiz you can add links to websites and online resources that will help your students complete their assignments.

The students will see these links before they start their quizzes.

Once you've chosen the topic and questions you want to feature in your quiz you will be asked if you'd like to add any extras. In this section you will see an option to "Add Links For Your Students (e.g. BBC Bitesize)", followed by three input boxes.

Here's what this looks like:

To add the link you can either input the URL manually or copy and paste it in. Once you've added the link, you can hit the 'Test' button to open it in a new window.

Educake will recognise the link you put in and suggest a name for it. You can choose whether to keep the suggested name or you can edit it by clicking in the box.

From here you'll be able to continue setting your quiz as usual.
