NOTE: This article is about apps that are no longer available to download. It applies to students who previously installed the app on their mobile phones.

When using the app, you might come across a message like this when you tap a test:

Test not available on this device

Sorry, some questions in this test contain content that Apple doesn't permit us to display on this device.

Please log in to the Educake website to take this test.

This happens when the test contains questions that refer to drugs or birth control. Apple and Google won't allow us to display these questions due to the age rating of the app.

You can still take these tests on your phone by going to educake.co.uk in a browser like Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.

You might also see this message:

Test not supported

This test has features which aren't supported by the Educake app. To take the test, please log in to the Educake website.

This message appears for maths and computer science tests. These subjects contain formatting that isn't available in the app yet, but we're working on changing this for early 2022.

You can still take the test on your phone by going to educake.co.uk in a browser like Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
