The promoter is Educake Ltd, Company no. 07839821, whose registered office is Educake Ltd, The Old Chapel, Union Way, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 6HD.
The competitions are open to all schools who are currently subscribing to, or trialling, any Educake product (Science, English, Geography, Maths, Computer Science, History, PE), except employees of Educake and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition. It is open only to students at schools located in the United Kingdom.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the promotion are as follows: The prize draw will run weekly from 18th November 2022 until cancelled. The promotion will run during term time only.
Educake will identify one quiz set by a teacher during the previous 10 days with at least a 75% completion rate by students. The winning teacher of the random prize draw will receive notice by email that a parcel containing multiple chocolates has been sent to them. The intention is that the teacher will distribute them to students to share the prize, but the winner is not obligated to use the prize in any particular way.
Educake will notify the winning teacher and publicise the prize result through its social media channels. Where Educake has been able to identify a public social media account for the school or department, they will tag the account in any posts relating to the win.
The competition prize is as follows: miniature chocolates proportional to the number of students in the class, sent by post to the address of the school. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize without giving notice.
An individual school may only receive the prize once per academic term.
By agreeing to take delivery of the prize, the winning teacher is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

The names of the winning school departments will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: support@educake.co.uk.
Educake‘s decision as to the selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
