[Known issues](http://help.educake.co.uk/known-issues?hsLang=en) # Known issue 18/11/25: intermittent Cloudflare outages (resolved) **Status:** resolved **Time affected:** Tuesday 18th December 2025 approximately 11:30 to 14:30 Educake experienced intermittent outages as part of a widespread internet issue caused by Cloudflare. Cloudflare is a service that makes websites secure. It experienced an outage during this time, affecting many online services worldwide. Cloudflare is now reporting that the issue has been fixed.
