[Known issues](http://help.educake.co.uk/known-issues?hsLang=en) # Known issue 8 June 2026: Microsoft SSO login (resolved)   **Affected time period:** Sunday 7th June 2026 from approximately 19:00 pm to 10:00 am on Monday 8th June 2026 **Status:** resolved For approximately 15 hours from 19:00 pm on Sunday 7th June 2026, Educake's Microsoft SSO (single sign-on) login was unavailable. What this looked like: - Students attempting to sign into Educake via the *Log in with Microsoft* option may have been returned to the login page or seen the error "Something went wrong." - Students will still have been able to access the site using their Educake login. The issue has now been resolved and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience it caused.
