[Data analysis tools](http://help.educake.co.uk/setting-and-reviewing-quizzes?hsLang=en#data-analysis-tools) # Which quiz results appear in Markbook? ## When students retake a quiz, which result appears in Markbook When viewing the Markbook for a class, you can choose between three views: - last attempts - first attempts - best attempts By default, the Markbook starts out showing you students' ***best*** attempts. That includes quizzes that the students took before they were in that class. If you'd like to view more detail about quiz attempts, you can view the results for individual quizzes. Do this by selecting the quiz you want to view from your My Educake page, and clicking "View next attempts at quiz". You can also monitor progress on topics through Track Progress.
